1. เป็นผู้ยึดมั่นในการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตย อันมีพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นประมุข
2. เป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หรือเทียบเท่า
3. เป็นผู้ไม่มีโรคติดต่อร้ายแรงและ/หรือโรคที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา
4. ไม่เป็นผู้ติดยาเสพติดให้โทษ
5. ไม่เป็นผู้ที่อยู่ระหว่างตกเป็นจำเลยในคดีอาญาหรือไม่เคยต้องคำพิพากษาของศาลด้วยการกระทำผิดในคดีอาญา ยกเว้นความผิดโดยประมาท
6. เป็นผู้ที่มีความประพฤติเรียบร้อย และรับรองต่อมหาวิทยาลัย ได้ว่าจะตั้งใจศึกษาเล่าเรียนเต็มความสามารถ และจะปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีอยู่แล้ว หรือที่จะมีต่อไป โดยเคร่งครัดทุกประการ
คุณสมบัติเฉพาะ / เงื่อนไขเฉพาะของผู้มีสิทธิ์สมัคร
1. เป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 (สายวิทยาศาสตร์) หรือเทียบเท่า
2. มีคะแนน O-NET รายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ไม่น้อยกว่า 16 คะแนน
วิธีการคัดเลือก / เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือก
1. เป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 (สายวิทยาศาสตร์) หรือเทียบเท่า และมีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ย (GPAX) 6 ภาคการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.75
2. ผลการทดสอบวิชาความถนัดทั่วไป (GAT) และการทดสอบวิชาความถนัดทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพ (PAT) ครั้งที่ 1/2560 (สอบวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม – 1 พฤศจิกายน 2559) หรือครั้งที่ 2/2560 (สอบวันที่ 11 – 14 มีนาคม 2560) ซึ่งจัดสอบโดยสถาบันทดสอบทางการศึกษาแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) โดยจะนำผลคะแนนทดสอบครั้งที่ดีที่สุดมาพิจารณาคัดเลือก
2.1 คะแนนสอบ GAT ตอนที่ 2 (วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ) ใช้เป็นค่าน้ำหนัก 30%
2.2 คะแนนสอบ PAT 2 (วิชาความถนัดทางวิทยาศาสตร์) ใช้เป็นค่าน้ำหนัก 70%
