บอกต่อด่วน ทปอ.ได้ข้อสรุปจัดเคลียริ่งเฮาส์ 2 รอบปี’61 เดือน พ.ค.-มิ.ย.ลดสอบ GAT-PAT เหลือครั้งเดียว
เมื่อวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม ที่มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ นพ.อุดม คชินทร อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (มม.) ประธานที่ประชุมอธิการบดีแห่งประเทศไทย (ทปอ.) เปิดเผยภายหลังการประชุม ทปอ.ว่า ที่ประชุมหารือเรื่องการคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2561 และมีมติยืนยันว่ามหาวิทยาลัยที่เป็นสมาชิก ทปอ.จะปรับระบบการคัดเลือก โดยยึดหลักการให้เด็กอยู่ในห้องเรียนจนจบการศึกษา ไม่เกิดปัญหาการวิ่งรอกสอบ ไม่เป็นภาระค่าใช้จ่ายกับผู้ปกครอง เด็กมีสิทธิเลือกเรียนตามที่ต้องการ ขณะเดียวกันมหาวิทยาลัยก็มีสิทธิจะเลือกเด็กได้เช่นกัน ส่วนกระบวนการคัดเลือกเด็กเข้าเรียนจะมีขั้นตอนดังนี้
1.การรับเด็กในระบบโควตาโดยไม่สอบ เริ่มดำเนินการช่วงเดือนตุลาคม 2560 เมื่อคัดเลือกเด็กได้แล้ว มหาวิทยาลัยจะส่งรายชื่อให้ ทปอ.ตัดสิทธิในระบบพรี-เคลียริ่งเฮาส์ ภายในเดือนธันวาคม
2.การคัดเลือกโดยใช้ข้อสอบกลาง จะจัดสอบทั้งการสอบความถนัดทั่วไป (GAT) การสอบความถนัดทางวิชาชีพและวิชาการ (PAT), การทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (โอเน็ต), การสอบวิชาสามัญ 9 วิชา รวมทั้ง การสอบวิชาเฉพาะของกลุ่มสถาบันแพทยศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย (กสพท.) จัดสอบช่วงต้นเดือนมีนาคม และเข้าสู่ระบบเคลียริ่งเฮาส์ ครั้งที่ 1 ต้นเดือนพฤษภาคม จากนั้นไม่เกิน 1 เดือนจะเคลียริ่งเฮาส์ ครั้งที่ 2 เท่ากับในปีการศึกษา 2561 จะให้สอบ GAT และ PAT เพียงครั้งเดียวจากเดิมที่สอบปีละ 2 ครั้ง และ
3.ถ้ามหาวิทยาลัยยังไม่สามารถคัดเลือกเด็กได้ตามจำนวนที่ต้องการ ก็รับตรงเพื่อคัดเลือกเด็กได้เอง แต่จะต้องไม่จัดสอบ ทั้งนี้ กระบวนการรับเด็กเข้าเรียนทั้งหมดจะต้องเสร็จสิ้นภายในเดือนมิถุนายน
การสอบจะกระชั้นชิดมาก เดือน มีนาคมเริ่มสอบ GAT/PAT O-NET และวิชาสามัญ ให้จบ ภายใน 1-2 เดือน >..< ข้อเสียของระบบปี 61 นี้ ถ้าใครเตรียมตัวไม่ดีบอกได้คำเดียวพลาดแล้วพลาดเลย…….. ไม่มีโอกาสแก้ตัว ครับ T___T แต่ข้อดีก็มีเยอะหมดปัญหารับตรงซ้ำซ้อน ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่าย สอบหลังเรียนจบทั้งหมด
