สนามสอบกองทัพอากาศ ค้นพบ‘ว่าที่เรืออากาศตรีหญิง’อายุน้อยที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์ ชื่อ น.ส.มนสินี ชูสุวรรณ หรือ ป๊อป บัณฑิตคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ที่จบจากระบบ Pre-degree เป็น 1 ใน 22 คนที่สอบผ่านการคัดเลือกบรรจุเป็นข้าราชการกลาโหมพลเรือนชั้นสัญญาบัตร จากผู้สมัครสอบกว่า 5,000 คน “เจ้าตัวเผยเตรียมตัวสอบตั้งแต่เรียน ม.ปลาย เรียนควบระบบ Pre-degree คณะรัฐศาสตร์ ม.ร. ทำให้จบชั้นปริญญาตรีได้เร็ว มีโอกาสตามหาฝันที่อยากเป็น‘ทหารอากาศ’ได้ก่อนใคร
มนสินี เล่าเส้นทางก่อนที่จะเข้าสอบเป็นข้าราชการของกองทัพอากาศ ว่า มีแรงบันดาลใจมาจากคุณตา ซึ่งเคยเป็นทหารเก่ามักจะเล่าถึงเหตุการณ์การเป็นทหารให้ฟังอยู่บ่อย ๆ และมีโอกาสได้นั่งเครื่องบินในวัยเด็กอยู่หลายครั้ง จนกลายเป็นความฝันตั้งแต่นั้นมา ว่าโตขึ้นจะต้องเป็น ‘ทหารอากาศ’ให้ได้
จนกระทั่งเรียนจบชั้น ม.3 จึงปรึกษากับคุณแม่สิริมา ชูสุวรรณ ซึ่งเป็นศิษย์เก่าคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ แนะนำให้เรียนระบบ Pre-degree ที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียน ม.ปลาย ได้เรียนมหาวิทยาลัย และสะสมหน่วยกิตล่วงหน้าได้ จึงสมัครเรียนคณะรัฐศาสตร์ ซึ่งนับตั้งแต่วันที่ตัดสินใจเรียนควบทั้ง ม.ปลาย และระบบ Pre-degree ไปพร้อมกัน ก็เริ่มศึกษาหาหนังสืออ่านทุกวัน แบ่งเวลาให้กับการเรียนที่โรงเรียนเป็นหลัก แบ่งเวลามาอ่านสอบของมหาวิทยาลัย และเตรียมสอบของทหารอากาศ โดยจะให้เวลากับการอ่านหนังสือวันละ 2 – 3 ชั่วโมง เป็นเช่นนี้มาตลอดจนเรียนจบชั้น ม. ปลาย แผนการเรียนวิทย์ – คณิต จากโรงเรียนวัดราชโอรส ด้วยเกรดเฉลี่ย 3.59 และสำเร็จการศึกษาชั้นปริญญาตรี เมื่อปีการศึกษา 2558 คณะรัฐศาสตร์ ด้วยเกียรตินิยมอันดับ 1 เกรดเฉลี่ย 3.60
มนสินี บอกว่า การเรียนระบบ Pre-degree ถ้าเรียนจบเร็วทำงานเร็ว การเรียน Pre-degree เป็นทางเลือกที่ดีในชีวิต ช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระและประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายเท่าที่จะทำได้ ช่วยย่นระยะเวลาให้เราได้มีโอกาสเข้าสู่สนามสอบข้าราชการทหารอากาศได้เร็วขึ้น รวมกับที่เรามีเป้าหมายชัดเจนแต่แรก รู้ตัวเร็วว่าเราชอบอะไร อยากเป็นอะไร ยิ่งเป็นเหตุผลให้ตัดสินใจเรียน Pre-degree ควบคู่กันไป โดยไม่ได้มองว่าเป็นเรื่องยากเกินกว่าที่จะทำได้
ว่าที่ทหารอากาศ วัย 19 ปี เผยที่สุดเมื่อฝันเป็นจริงว่า หลังจากเข้าสอบคัดเลือกบรรจุเป็นข้าราชการกลาโหมพลเรือนชั้นสัญญาบัตรแล้ว เมื่อถึงวันประกาศผล ปรากฏชื่อ นางสาวมนสินี ชูสุวรรณ ซึ่งติด 1 ใน 22 คน จากผู้สมัครสอบทั้งหมดประมาณ 5,000 คน ในสาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ วินาทีที่เห็นชื่อตนเอง น้ำตาไหลออกมาด้วยความดีใจและภูมิใจที่สุดในชีวิต
หลังจากนี้ เธอจะเข้ารับราชการกลาโหมพลเรือนชั้นสัญญาบัตรหญิงเต็มตัวในเดือนธันวาคมนี้ เมื่อเข้าไปแล้ว ทางต้นสังกัดจะส่งไปเรียนที่โรงเรียนนายทหารชั้นผู้บังคับหมวด เป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน จึงจะได้ยศเป็น “เรืออากาศตรีหญิง” ที่อายุน้อยที่สุด
