2. คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
2.1 เป็นผู้ที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยโดยถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
2.2 เป็นผู้ที่มีความประสงค์ที่จะเข้าศึกษาในสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงอย่างแท้จริง
2.3 เป็นผู้ที่มีความสามารถในการศึกษาในระบบการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
2.4 เป็นผู้ที่มีร่างกายแข็งแรงและไม่เป็นโรค หรือภาวะอันเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการศึกษา
2.5 เป็นผู้ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หรือสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 แผนการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์- คณิตศาสตร์
2.6 เป็นผู้ที่มีผลการเรียน5 ภาคเรียน (ชั้น ม.4 -ม.6 เทอม 1) กรณีสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 แล้ว ให้ใช้ผลการเรียนตลอดหลักสูตรดังนี้
– ผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยรวม (GPAX) ไม่น้อยกว่า 2.00
– ผลการเรียนเฉลี่ย (GPA) กลุ่มสาระวิทยาศาสตร์ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2.00
– ผลการเรียนเฉลี่ย (GPA) กลุ่มสาระภาษาต่างประเทศ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2.50
2.7 คุณสมบัติเฉพาะของผู้สมัครหรือเงื่อนไขการสมัคร
2.7.1 ผู้สมัครในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ให้เขียนเรียงความในหัวข้อ “ปัญหาและการจัดการด้านอาชีวอนามัยในศตวรรษที่ 21” โดยเขียนเป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษ ความยาวไม่เกิน 1 หน้ากระดาษ A4
2.7.2 ผู้สมัครในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ให้ถ่ายคลิปวีดีโอแนะนำตนเอง พร้อมให้เหตุผลถึงการเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อในสาขาวิชาอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม ความยาวไม่เกิน 10 นาที เป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น บันทึกลงในซีดีแล้วส่งมาพร้อมกับเอกสารหลักฐานการสมัคร โดยสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพจะโทรศัพท์สัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครในระหว่างวันที่ 23-26 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559
2.7.3 ผู้สมัครในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาและสุขภาพ ให้เขียนเรียงความในหัวข้อ “วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามความคิดของข้าพเจ้า” โดยเขียนเป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษ ความยาวไม่เกิน 1 หน้ากระดาษ A4
