ปัญหาต่อมาก็คือผลกระทบทางครอบครัวซึ่งบางคนที่ถูกเลิกจ้าง นอกจากครอบครัวของตัวเองแล้ว ยังมีคุณพ่อคุณแม่ญาติผู้ใหญ่ที่ต้องดูแลอีกด้วย แถมมีภาระการผ่อนชำระรายเดือนอีกด้วย
สิ่งที่น่าวิตกก็คือตลาดแรงงานในปัจจุบันนั้น
มีตำแหน่งงานรองรับไม่เพียงพอหรือไม่?
เพราะหลายบริษัทก็ชลอตัวในการขยายกิจการออกไปเพื่อดูสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจ อีกทั้งปีหน้าก็จะมีบัณฑิตจบการศึกษาเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานเพิ่มอีกด้วย
